Soft Play City Sessions

​What happens if we cannot perform the Services?
​
If, for any reason, we cannot provide the services at the session/date you have booked, you may choose either to attend another same priced session (ticket transfer), or alternatively you can cancel the contract (in which case we will provide you with a full refund).

What happens if you cannot attend the session you have booked?
All bookings are non-refundable (other than in the circumstances described above.) Therefore, if you are unable to attend the Session you have booked for any reason, you will not be entitled to a refund.

However, if 48 hours notice is given, we will make every attempt to move your ticket to another same priced session of your choice. Ticket transfer requests after this time period are at our discretion.

We are unable to offer refunds or ticket transfers for our “Seasonal Special Events”.
Class Pass tickets can be cancelled by the account holder, the morning of the session and will be refunded back to your pass allocation. There is no refund for unused class passes

The provisions of Part 3 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (concerning your right to cancel) do not apply to the contract between us, on the basis that the contract falls within the exemption set out in section 28(1)(h) of those Regulations (services related to leisure activities where the contract provides for a specific date of performance).

Private Party hire
​
Party hire bookings require a £50 deposit to secure the date and services and is non refundable. Should 2 weeks notice be given we may be able to transfer the hire date and services. Full balance is due no less than one week prior to the private event date and is non refundable once paid.

Pop Up Parties
​
Pop up party hires require a £100 deposit to be paid upon booking to secure the date and time of the event and is non refundable. Due to the nature of Pop Up Parties we are unable to move or change the dates/times once the event is booked.
​
Payment in full is required 2 weeks before the booking date and is non refundable once paid.
