I started Bury Soft Play with one main goal – to provide my son’s 1st birthday and to have a little bit of pocket money to spend on a holiday each year. That was 2016...

Now, in 2025 Bury Soft Play has evolved and become something more than I had ever imagined it could be. This is why Soft Play City has been born.

​

Whilst I absolutely love providing the mid-week sessions, getting to meet some wonderful parents and children in the process, there is just too much for me to do, with running a busy weekend party hire business and the mid week session. This is why I have created Soft Play City as a franchise model. Drawing on the 5 years experience of running mid week PAYG sessions and the 4 previous years running the Bury Soft Play party hire business.

I am regularly asked, can the sessions come to this venue, "do you cover Cambridge", "can you come to Woodbridge" and "oh the sessions would be amazing in Norwich".

 

For my life work balance, visiting areas too far from home doesn’t work for me and my family, however, with a franchise model, we really can cover all those locations and more.
