terms & conditions of a Soft Play City Pass

A Soft Play City Pass cannot be transferred across branches/locations 

Unfortunately the Pass cannot be used towards ‘Special Events" put on by Soft Play City branches

Passes cannot be shared with anyone else  

If, as a pass holder you can’t attend a date booked - at least 24 hours notice must be given to transfer your ticket. Please refer to terms and conditions

Passes cannot be extended beyond the stated dates at time of purchase

Passes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash 

Passes are non-refundable
